Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. After this period, refunds are not available for the current billing cycle.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access until then.
